To prevent the disaster, the Kingdom of Aionia has been implementing austerity measures, using the money to draft soldiers and build fortresses.
The protagonist and his friends Myura and Gino are novice monster hunters, and one day, on the way back to camp after a training session, they spotted monsters they have never seen before.
One of them was manageable, but they multiply too fast. The heroes have no choice but to run. When they three ran into the ruins of a fortress, they found a strange boy waiting for them. With a wave of a wand, the boy sent the three back a century ago. There they meet the heroes who battled the monsters, and can perhaps find a way to save their land.
